GitOps I Cloud Native I Continuous Delivery I Release Automation | Golang | Platform Engineering | Kubernetes

• Ensure smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and leadership

• Act as a cloud engineer, build and maintain the pipelines and tools that make delivering and releasing software work like a charm for development teams

• Create an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and foster teamwork

• Collaborate with Directors, Product Owners, Lead Product Engineers as well as Agile Coaches to ensure your team can reach its goals

• Discover training needs, motivate, and support your team members to grow

Qualifications

• Empathetic and sympathetic person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your own knowledge 

• Communicative personality with customer-centric end-to-end thinking 

• Experience with backend software development, preferably in Go

• Solid grasp of git version control and branching models

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and an agile software development lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern DevOps principles as a developer

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Argo CD and Argo Workflows

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Shell Scripting

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
