Job Description

  • You will lead an engineering team that operates an internal developer platform

  • You will mentor team members and help them along their growth path in Dynatrace, empowering them to take on more responsibilities

  • You will conduct 1:1 and personal feedback talks with team members to support their growth and development

  • You will advocate Dynatrace’s culture, promoting its values and principles within the team

  • You will create automations from repository setup over automated builds to having a central portal for developers

  • You will create golden paths that lead internal developers from project creation to delivering their product

  • You will shape how developers interact with the platform to efficiently achieve their goals

  • You will make extensive use of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies like Crossplane and ArgoCD to provide internal developers with a variety of CI/CD services

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven knowledge in Kubernetes

  • You are versatile with cloud providers (ideally AWS) and setting up infrastructure as code (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation)

  • Understanding CI/CD, ideally backed by experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
